Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with conversational AI solutioning/product development/experimentation or innovation.
• Experience with prompt engineering for Commercial or Open Source LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLAMA).
• Experience with conversational AI evaluation techniques (F1, RAGAS) and human feedback analysis.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Proven experience in program or project management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain differentiated conversational experiences for employee and client virtual assistants.
• Develop and refine context-aware prompts for various use cases and intents.
• Create data-driven methodologies for testing and evaluating AI responses for coherence and bias.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in LLM outputs and propose improvements.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Track project performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
