Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant executive engineering leadership experience leading large, multi-layer engineering organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling Infrastructure/Platform/Cloud teams in modern cloud-native SaaS businesses.
• Experience operating globally distributed systems serving millions of users at internet scale.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architecture, reliability engineering, observability, and automation.
• Ability to define long-term technical strategy with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership on strategy and technology investments.
• Strong track record developing engineering leaders and inclusive high-performing teams.
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Passion for leveraging AI to transform engineering and the software lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision for Infrastructure Engineering.
• Lead and develop a high-performing organization of engineers with leadership depth.
• Drive evolution of engineering platforms including cloud infra and data infra.
• Lead AI-first transformation across software development, deployment, and support.
• Accelerate global infrastructure expansion while ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Security and executives to align investments with strategy.
• Champion Site Reliability Engineering practices and developer experience improvements.
• Foster technical excellence, innovation, and customer focus across the team.
• Build strategic relationships with hyperscale cloud providers to maximize platform value.
