Job summary

Future Secure AI is seeking a VP of Platform Engineering to lead Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, and Data Platforms across the engineering organization. This leader is accountable for delivery, reliability, and operational integrity of our enterprise AI Co-Worker platform serving regulated large enterprises and regulated industries.

This role owns predictable, on-time delivery against customer Roadmap timelines, builds the management layer, and drives operational rigor across SLOs,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with senior leadership roles.
• Proven track record building and scaling multi-team engineering organizations.
• Deep fluency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes, and modern GitOps/CI/CD.
• Experience shipping platform or infrastructure software into regulated/enterprise environments with strong security/compliance.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing, multi-team engineering organization across Platform Engineering, DevOps, Cloud, and ML.
• Hire, develop, and retain senior and principal engineers; establish leveling and career paths.
• Coach engineering managers and leads to scale leadership and accountability with a culture of quality and operational rigor.
• Own delivery outcomes for the platform roadmap with predictability, quality, and velocity.
