New York Life Insurance Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Director level leader to drive end-to-end AI experience strategy across consumers, clients, advisors, and field personas. The role blends experience, product, design, tech, and business strategy with strong AI fluency in a hybrid work setting.

You will partner with Experience Design, Insights, and AI/ML teams to shape priorities, measure outcomes, and ensure responsible AI practices across journeys and channels.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in experience strategy, product strategy, or AI-enabled transformation.
• Experience shaping AI or agentic experiences from concept through experimentation and measurement.
• Ability to translate strategy into AI requirements and practical experience decisions.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and steward end-to-end AI experience strategy for key personas.
• Translate strategy into AI elements (models, agents, guardrails) with Tech/AI teams.
• Build data cases, define hypotheses, and set up experiments with partners.
• Partner with Experience Design and Business to reimagine AI-native future states.
• Contribute to governance with Compliance, Legal, and Technology partners.
