New York Life is seeking a Director to shape how we define, structure, and govern AI experiences for field personas including agents, advisors, and recruiters. You will partner with product, design, compliance, technology, and business units to translate leadership vision into actionable strategies.

You will lead future-state concepts, develop experimentation plans, build reusable AI patterns, and drive governance frameworks.

Qualifications

10+ years in product strategy, experience strategy, or strategic facilitation in complex, matrixed organizations.
Demonstrated expertise in life insurance or related financial services; track record developing strategic frameworks.
Hands-on AI concept development and experience translating regulatory requirements into guidance.

Responsibilities

AI/Agentic Experience Strategy: facilitate and steward AI experiences for field personas and synthesize leadership vision.
Future-State Experience: facilitate visioning for field personas and document current-state workflows.
AI Experience Artifacts: pioneer new strategy artifacts and build AI-powered tools.
Governance & Collaboration: contribute to AI governance frameworks and communicate strategy to senior leadership.
