Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressively responsible experience in business or technology strategy, product strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, technology, data and AI.
• Experience framing ambiguous problems and translating into clear strategies, roadmaps and executable initiatives.
• Ability to influence senior executives and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
• Proven track record translating user or business needs into future-state workflows and tech-enabled solutions.
• Strong understanding of modern technology, data, analytics, automation, and AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery across complex enterprise domains with senior executives and technology stakeholders.
• Structure ambiguous problems, develop hypotheses, identify key evidence, and determine required investment.
• Define future-state workflows and experiences that improve decisions and work processes.
• Translate discovery into clear product and solution strategies, roadmaps and prioritized outcomes.
• Maintain continuity from discovery through delivery, validating that solutions solve the intended problems.
• Define governance, boundaries and value hypotheses for major capabilities and investments.
• Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
• Mentor colleagues and help establish repeatable discovery and AI-reimagination practices.
