Job summary

Vizient is seeking a leader to define and drive the enterprise AI adoption strategy across the organization. You will establish scalable frameworks, operating models, and engagement strategies to accelerate AI adoption and realize business value.

You will partner with IT, analytics, learning, communications, and change management teams to align AI enablement with priorities and governance while influencing executive stakeholders and guiding up to two direct reports.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading enterprise adoption, enablement, change management, AI transformation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate business needs, personas, and use cases into practical AI enablement strategies.
• Experience partnering with senior business, technology, product, learning, and change management stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise AI adoption and enablement strategy, including persona development and engagement models.
• Establish scalable frameworks, operating models, and governance for AI tools and use-case lifecycle management.
• Lead measurement frameworks to track adoption, engagement, productivity outcomes, and business value.
• Translate insights and outcomes into executive-level communications and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Technology Product Owners and Technical Leads to align enablement with product roadmaps.
• Partner with Organizational Change Management and Enterprise Learning & Development teams to align training and messaging.
• Influence senior stakeholders across IT, DEX, and business units to drive adoption and remove barriers.
• Coach and develop up to two direct reports to maximize impact.
