Equinix, Inc. is seeking a VP, Sales AMER AI Ecosystem & Digital Native to drive revenue growth in AI and digital native accounts across AMER.

This role leads Sales Directors, Interconnection Specialists, and Sales Representatives to execute vertical sales strategies, define scalable programs, and accelerate multi-year growth. You will partner with global teams to deliver innovative solutions and strong customer value.

Qualificações

• Senior leader with proven success in sales leadership within technology or data centre environments.
• Experience in managing GTM and complex sales cycles across large accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to build data-driven business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing AMER Hi Tech sales team focusing on AI & digital native accounts.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to hit revenue and growth targets.
• Collaborate with vertical, country, regional and global teams to align go-to-market efforts.
• Define KPIs, operational rhythms, and repeatable sales motions aligned to the GTM strategy.
