Job summary

Equinix is seeking a VP, Sales AMER Commercial to lead its AMER Commercial business, driving revenue growth, impact, and performance across the region. This leader will manage Sales Directors, Interconnection Specialists, and Sales Reps while defining and executing the commercial sales strategy and multi-year growth roadmap.

As part of the CRO Go-to-Market FY27 plan, this role will launch a Commercial-Channel motion, partnering with the VP of AMER Channel and Partner Programs to scale a joint

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing AMER Commercial sales team, including new Channel motions.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to hit revenue targets in small to midsize colocations and digital solutions.
• Align sales efforts with Equinix goals and GTM strategy, including interconnection.
• Establish KPIs, operating rhythms, and repeatable sales motions across the organization.
