Contentstack is seeking a strategic VP, GTM Strategy & Systems to own the end-to-end AI-native go-to-market operating system. You’ll report to the CEO and partner with the CRO, CMO, and CFO to align people, data, and processes across GTM functions.

You will lead architecture and execution across GTM Apps, GTM Engineering, and GTM Ops, driving efficiency with AI while scaling the organization from ~$100M to $250M ARR.

Competenze

• 12+ years in GTM roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building and owning GTM systems and data architecture.
• Hands-on AI/automation in GTM environment.
• Proven leadership of large teams and hiring decisions.

Mansioni

• Own the GTM operating system across GTM Ops & Analytics, GTM Engineering, and GTM Apps.
• Lead revenue, marketing, and partner operations, including pipeline, forecasting, territory planning, and GTM performance reporting.
• Build and evolve GTM architecture, processes, cadence, and AI/agent layer.
• Own the GTM technology ecosystem (Salesforce, CPQ, marketing automation, integrations).
• Partner with AI and Engineering to deploy high-impact automation use cases across the revenue funnel.
