Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, is seeking a seasoned VP of GTM Strategy & Operations to shape the revenue engine for a fast-growing, ATL-based team. You will own end-to-end GTM operations, design territory and forecasting frameworks, and partner with the CRO to scale from hundreds of millions to the billions in ARR.

You’ll build and lead the GTM Engineering & Enablement function, oversee a growing team, and ensure alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Finance while driving AI-powered

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years in Sales/GTM Operations or Sales Strategy, with 5+ in leadership.
• Experience scaling a verticalized sales org or building an Account Management function.

Responsibilities

• Own sales and marketing operations end-to-end — territory design, pipeline and forecast processes, deal desk, revenue operations, CRM and reporting infrastructure.
• Partner with the CRO on the revenue architecture path to $2B+; lead GTM Engineering & Enablement and align Sales, Marketing and Finance.
