Job summary

State Street Corp seeks a Vice President, Finance Transformation Lead to turn transformation priorities into facts and decisions. You will analyze data, build business cases, and lead governance across the program, driving improvement and automation while partnering with CFO and other pillars.

You will leverage AI-enabled insights to accelerate analysis, prepare leadership materials, and deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to executives and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Finance transformation, analytics or consulting.
• Experience with Finance/Treasury processes, data and controls.
• Strong hands-on data analysis with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Analyze process inventories to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Quantify opportunities and build business cases with documented assumptions.
• Define KPIs and measure realized benefits and adoption against baseline.
