Capgemini Invent in New York is seeking a Vice President to lead the Data & AI practice for Financial Services across North America. You will shape strategy, build client relationships at the C-suite level, and drive multi-year data-driven transformations in regulated environments.

You will oversee growth across strategic accounts, design enterprise data and AI roadmaps, and ensure delivery excellence through complex, multi-disciplinary engagements with measurable business value.

• Serve as a senior leader within Capgemini Invent's North America Analytics & AI leadership team, shaping strategy, offerings, and investment priorities for Banking and Insurance.
• Build and manage a sustainable business development pipeline across Financial Services clients, with accountability for significant annual consulting revenue.
• Establish trusted relationships with C-suite and executive leaders, including CIOs, CDOs, COOs, Chief Risk Officers, and Heads of Digital, Data, and Analytics.
• Inspire clients to innovate with data, advanced analytics, and AI while navigating regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations.
• Lead the design of enterprise Data & AI strategies integrating business outcomes, regulatory requirements, technology architecture, and operating models.
• Sell, lead, and govern large-scale, multi-disciplinary Data & AI transformation programs.
