Job summary

New York Life Insurance Company in Tampa, FL is seeking a Manager of AI Enablement to lead the AI strategy and execution across NYL Direct, partnering with business and technology teams to deliver responsible AI initiatives.

You will build a multidisciplinary team, define roadmaps, govern AI lifecycle, and drive production deployments of agentic and generative AI, with a focus on security, governance, and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in technology leadership and end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing performance.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI strategy, roadmap, and priorities for NYL Direct.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across AI architecture, engineering, and analytics.
• Guide end-to-end AI solution lifecycle from discovery to production deployment.
