Job summary

New York Life is seeking a Head of Agent Collaboration & Partnership to lead ACP, uniting AMP, DA, Agent Teaming and PAP within a unified model. Set long-term vision, oversee operations, field engagement, marketing, tech enhancements and business transformation.

You will partner with senior leaders across Technology, Marketing, Legal, Compliance and Training to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives, measure success, and drive improvements for agents, Field Managers and Home Office stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years of leadership experience in financial services, insurance, or distribution.
• Ability to set strategic direction for large-scale programs and complex operating models.
• Strong leadership, governance, and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and change leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Set long-term vision and strategic direction for ACP; establish priorities and governance.
• Lead Program Operations, Field Operations, Marketing & Communications; ensure consistent execution.
• Shape field and advisor experiences; partner with leadership to improve engagement and growth.
• Drive enterprise partnerships and transformation with Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Training.
