Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of progressive experience in group insurance or employee benefits, with a proven track record in client management, sales, or distribution.
• Experience influencing senior leaders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with internal and external C‑suite stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to set strategy, measure and drive performance, and lead alignment across distributed teams without direct reporting authority.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive strategic direction and alignment for client management across regions and national levels.
• Partner with distribution, product, underwriting, claims and service leaders to align client management with enterprise goals.
• Establish and track KPIs across persistency, in-force growth, renewals, and leading indicators; enable improved forecasting.
• Act as executive sponsor for key client relationships and market initiatives; elevate client and broker feedback to inform strategy.
• Provide mentorship and leadership coaching to Client Management leadership; foster accountability and continuous improvement.
