Qualifications

• Significant experience leading community, culture, engagement, field experience, or related initiatives within a large organization.
• Ability to develop strategy and translate it into measurable business outcomes.
• Experience leading teams and complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong executive presence, communication, influence, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use data, stakeholder feedback, and business insights to inform decisions and drive results.
• Strong business judgment and balancing competing priorities, investments, and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Agency Communities strategy, priorities, and roadmap.
• Translate business objectives and field insights into initiatives and operating plans.
• Establish governance and operating principles for the function.
• Oversee internal affinity groups and Agency experiences to foster engagement across the field.
• Enable field leaders to deliver experiences aligned with Agency priorities.
• Evolve programs based on business needs and stakeholder feedback.
• Establish mechanisms to gather and apply feedback from agents and field leaders.
• Build partnerships across Agency and Home Office teams to advance shared objectives.
• Define success measures and use data to guide improvements and investments.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team and set clear priorities.
