Job summary

Project Talent Partners seeks an entrepreneurial Vice President of Development & Asset Management to lead technical execution, capital project oversight, and owner representative development across a national portfolio in the United States.

The role requires a strong track record in capital project leadership, owner-side development, and deep knowledge of building infrastructure, utilities, and process systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading capital projects from due diligence through construction.
• Direct owner-side development experience with industrial/institutional assets.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems, utilities, and process infrastructure.
• Ability to manage external EPCs, general contractors, and consultants.
• Demonstrated leadership with cross-functional and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Owner representation and development management across complex industrial projects, including greenfield and retrofit work.
• Drive technical and infrastructure oversight: utilities, HV power, cooling, cleanrooms, and structural requirements.
• Lead partnerships with EPCs, contractors, engineering firms, authorities, and utilities.
• Interface with occupiers to translate requirements into executable development scopes.
• Support due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, and constructability assessments for acquisitions.
