- Lead lease analysis and negotiation for industrial assets.
- Perform capital spending and financing analyses; present to executives.
- Run monthly operational reviews of results and strategies.
- Conduct market research to guide leasing and development.
- Make investment recommendations including renovations and dispositions.
- Coordinate with JV partners and manage third‑party managers.
