Volumetric Building Companies LLC seeks a highly experienced Vice President of Project Management to lead the PM function across US projects, from design through delivery, ensuring safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The role requires building scalable systems, strong manufacturing familiarity, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive project management experience leading large, complex construction projects
• 7+ years in a leadership capacity overseeing multi-site or multi-project teams
• Experience in modular manufacturing or construction environments
• Bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business required

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of large, complex construction and modular manufacturing projects from planning to closeout
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, schedule management, and customer satisfaction
• Establish governance frameworks and clear communication standards across teams and locations
• Provide project health visibility to Executive Leadership through dashboards and KPIs
• Develop a comprehensive risk management framework covering schedule, scope, cost, safety, quality, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and third‑party certifications
• Oversee contract compliance and alignment with client agreements and insurance requirements
• Partner with EHS to integrate safety protocols into the project lifecycle
• Establish robust documentation controls and auditable processes
