Job summary

AMLI Residential is seeking an experienced VP to provide technical leadership for building systems across its national portfolio. Based in the Atlanta office, you will partner with senior leaders to drive performance, preventive maintenance strategy, major capital projects, and asset reliability.

You will oversee MEP, HVAC, BAS and related infrastructure, develop maintenance standards, review bids, and guide regional teams to optimize equipment and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of related experience in building operations, engineering, facilities management, MEP systems, construction, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead building systems strategy across AMLI's portfolio.
• Provide technical direction for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, BAS and related infrastructure.
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs and scope of work for third-party services.
• Monitor major capital projects, repairs, and infrastructure improvements.
• Provide portfolio-wide technical support and guidance to onsite teams.
