Qualifications

• 10+ years in media management/advertising sales with a proven track record.
• 7+ years in sales leadership with large teams.
• Experience building client strategy and expanding a client base.
• Knowledge of Advanced Advertising and streaming/CTV revenues.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed local revenue goals for the business unit.
• Lead day-to-day sales operations and market visits.
• Develop and manage annual revenue budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with VPs to guide sales strategies and plans.
• Mentor and manage Directors, Local Sales Managers, and Account Executives.
