ADP, Inc. seeks a VP of Actuarial Reserving in Charlotte, NC to lead reserving analytics for a portfolio of 36–40 programs.

You will own reserve model development, quarterly outputs, and GAAP/statutory reporting, reporting to the SVP with strong collaboration across Finance, Claims, Underwriting, and Reinsurance. You will mentor a junior actuarial team member, oversee documentation quality, and contribute to reserving modernization initiatives using Igloo, ResQ or similar tools.

Qualifikationen

• ACAS required; near-FCAS strongly preferred.
• Experience with statutory and GAAP reserving.
• 8–12+ years of progressive P&C reserving experience in a U.S. regulated carrier.

Aufgaben

• Lead quarterly reserve analyses for 36–40 active programs with gross and net reserve indications.
• Develop and maintain reserving models and analytics, including IBNR and development projections.
• Prepare schedules and exhibits for statutory and GAAP reporting, Schedule P/F data support.
• Evaluate reserve impacts of complex program and reinsurance structures.
• Produce reconciliations and support reserve-related calculations.
• Support regulatory inquiries with detailed technical analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance, Claims, Underwriting, and Reinsurance to align data and reserves.
• Drive reserving systems modernization efforts with enterprise actuarial tools.
• Mentor and develop one direct report with strong documentation processes.
