The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of actuarial experience, including leadership in personal lines reserving. The position offers a competitive salary between $245,000 and $275,000, along with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive actuarial experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong background in personal lines reserving, experience in high net worth business is a plus.
• IFRS 17 reporting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quarterly and annual reserve review process across all lines of business.
• Serve as the Appointed Actuary and issue Statements of Actuarial Opinion.
• Establish and enhance a robust reserving governance framework.
