• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, economics, or another quantitative field.
• ACAS/FCAS membership required; international credentials considered.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with actuarial judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with business unit partners and understand portfolio strategy and market trends.
• Manage actuarial analyses including reserve reviews, assumption setting, and actual vs. expected analyses.
• Translate reserving results into actionable insights for senior management and non-actuarial audiences.
• Collaborate across the global organization to deliver high-quality reserving insights.
• Identify opportunities to enhance reserving processes, reporting, automation, and data analytics.
