Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Vice President to lead the Actuarial Claims Consulting practice in a hybrid role across US offices. The position focuses on delivering advanced actuarial and reserving solutions, managing client engagements, and guiding project delivery with senior leadership.

You will analyze data, build bespoke reserving models, and enhance tools and processes while communicating findings through reports and presentations. Strong actuarial credentials and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C actuarial experience with a strong reserving background.
• ACAS, FCAS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field; other backgrounds with relevant experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, statistical, and actuarial data to develop reserving insights for clients.
• Build complex reserving calculation models and analytics tools.
• Lead multiple projects, coordinate workstreams, and review analysts’ work for technical accuracy.
• Develop understanding of clients’ exposures to provide practical solutions.
• Enhance tools, processes, and methodologies across the practice.
• Communicate findings through exhibits, reports, and presentations.
