Marsh is seeking a Vice President to lead the Actuarial Claims Consulting Practice in the United States. The role blends advanced actuarial reserving expertise with client service and project leadership to deliver strategic insights and scalable solutions.

The position is hybrid with three days in the office, requiring strong communication, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple projects for diverse clients while contributing to tool and process enhancements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C actuarial experience with a strong reserving background
• ACAS, FCAS preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work in a team

Responsabilités

• Analyze financial, statistical, and actuarial data to develop reserving insights for client and business decision-making
• Build complex reserving calculation models and analytics-based tools
• Maintain and develop efficiencies for existing actuarial reserving models
• Coordinate workstreams, guide team deliverables, and review analysts’ work for technical accuracy
• Develop training materials and standards of practice for a new team
