Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Vice President for Actuarial Claims Consulting to lead advanced actuarial and reserving solutions for diverse clients. You will combine technical expertise with client service and project leadership, shaping reserving strategies and improving tools and processes.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office across Marsh US locations. Ideal candidates have 5+ years P&C actuarial experience, ACAS/FCAS preferred, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of P&C actuarial experience with a strong reserving background.
• ACAS or FCAS preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, actuarial science, or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work in a team and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, statistical, and actuarial data to develop reserving, liability, and cash flow insights.
• Perform actuarial calculations to build complex reserving models and analytics-based tools.
• Maintain and develop efficiencies for existing actuarial reserving models.
• Investigate complex client issues and communicate findings through reports and presentations.
• Support multiple projects simultaneously and guide team deliverables.
