• Manages program analytics using Press Ganey, Workday and other systems to report KPIs.
• Owns end-to-end volunteer lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and placement.
• Advises department leaders on role design, risk considerations and patient experience goals.
• Performs ongoing rounding and assessments to optimize placements and address issues.
