Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents Volunteer Services in facility and departmental forums and shares program updates.
• Designs and leads volunteer recognition and retention strategies and events.
• Manages facility-level volunteer analytics using data sources like Press Ganey, Workday, and TASS; reports KPI trends.
