Job summary

Your Health is seeking a proactive Volunteer Coordinator to lead and expand a patient-centered volunteer and philanthropic program across the PeeDee region. You will mobilize volunteers, build partnerships, and coordinate resources to improve patient outcomes and care experiences.

The role requires travel within the region, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with care teams to integrate volunteer services with care delivery. This is a full-time position with regular weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, or related field).
• 3–5 years of experience in program development, community engagement, healthcare, or nonprofit leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and maintain a regional volunteer program aligned with Your Health’s care model.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and retain volunteers to support patient-centered initiatives.
• Develop and execute regional fundraising strategies and establish relationships with local businesses and organizations.
