• CDL license with passenger vehicle endorsement required.
• S endorsement preferred for school bus.
• Background check, MVR, and FMCSA Clearinghouse compliance.
• Drug/alcohol testing as required.
• Annual Physician's Statement for medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from the LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws and maintain bus cleanliness and safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections and refueling as needed.
• Create a safe environment for students and enforce safety rules.
• Assist students entering/exiting the vehicle and monitor behavior.
• Complete required LifeWise Academy training and participate in classroom activities if agreed.
