Qualifications

• CDL driver license with continuous licensure for past three years.
• CDL with endorsement for passenger vehicle (P) required.
• School bus (S) endorsement preferred.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents or citations in last five years.
• Background check through LifeWise Academy required.
• Drug/alcohol testing as required (pre-employment, random, post-accidents).
• Faith alignment with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Regular participation in a local church consistent with LifeWise beliefs.

Responsibilities

• Transport children and LifeWise volunteers to and from LifeWise site.
• Obey traffic laws.
• Maintain bus cleanliness and mechanical safety.
• Perform regular bus inspections.
• Refuel bus as needed.
• Create and maintain a safe environment for children.
• Complete LifeWise Academy training.
• Volunteer in LifeWise classroom if allowed by director.
