Job summary

Canine Companions in Santa Rosa, CA seeks a Volunteer Coordinator (CEDC) to lead day-to-day volunteer program operations, including recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, engagement, retention and recognition, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You will coordinate tours, volunteer transport support, track metrics, generate reports, and collaborate across departments while occasionally working evenings and weekends and traveling locally as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years in volunteer management or related fields.
• Ability to recruit, train, and engage volunteers.
• Strong leadership and ability to work independently.
