Cabrillo Hospice is seeking a skilled Volunteer Coordinator to lead recruitment, training, and ongoing support for our volunteer team. You’ll coordinate volunteers, track monthly stats, and collaborate with care teams to ensure compassionate patient and family service.

The role requires at least 2 years in a healthcare setting, a degree in healthcare or human services if available, and a valid driver's license. This is an on-site position in San Diego with a strong community focus.

Competenze

• Requires at least 2 years in a healthcare setting (hospice preferred).
• Bereavement counseling skills helpful if handling Bereavement Coordinator duties.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
