Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience supervising volunteers.
• Proficient in working within social media outlets.
• Minimum of two years leadership or supervisory experience; healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of Minnesota Hospice volunteer positions and opportunities.
• Develop community relationships and represent Minnesota Hospice at events.
• Coordinate training, onboarding and ongoing education for volunteers.
• Monitor CMS guidelines and maintain program records and reports.
• Attend IDT meetings and ensure integration of volunteers into patient care.
