Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking a part-time Volunteer Coordinator at the North Campus in Aurora. The role focuses on supporting and coordinating the hospital's volunteer program on a campus-to-system-wide scale, partnering with the volunteer leadership team to develop and manage programs and initiatives for the department.

The position requires at least two years of experience coordinating programs, a high school diploma or equivalent (associate or higher degree may substitute).

Responsabilidades

• Organize and participate in the volunteer interview process to identify qualified volunteers.
• Proficient in all volunteer roles and provide training where appropriate.
• Support volunteers during shifts and arrange coverage when needed.
• Update volunteer data, pull applications, assign tasks, and pull reports from the database.
• Welcome, orient, and supervise volunteers during community events.
• Promote events and arrange volunteers' schedules for special events.
• Ensure documentation and privacy-related records are maintained accurately.
• Provide high-level donor service and support for donors.
• Manage donor records and in-kind donations as needed.
