Job summary

Children’s Hospital Colorado Foundation seeks a Manager of Community Engagement and Events in Aurora to lead community fundraising partnerships, donor engagement, and event-based initiatives. You will oversee a 50–75 donor/prospect portfolio, drive event activations, and manage CPP data and post‑event follow‑up across hospital departments.

The role requires collaboration with hospital stakeholders, volunteers, and partners, with hybrid scheduling and regular travel within Colorado and nationally

Qualifications

• BA/BS undergraduate degree required from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, community engagement, donor relations, events, sponsorships, or related fields.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of 50–75 donor relationships.
• Experience with donor data systems and reporting.
• Strong communication and project management skills; ability to travel.
• Experience with GiveSmart or similar event tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Community Partner Program relationships and fundraising activations for events.
• Maintain donor records and CRM data; support post-event reporting.
• Lead onsite fundraising activations for Signature Events and Courage Classic.
• Create fundraising strategies to enhance donor pipeline and engagement.
• Collaborate across departments and with volunteers, sponsors, and vendors.
