You will oversee the production staff, align forecast with volunteer capacity, and report weekly on builds and outputs. A strong background in warehouse operations and budget awareness is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in warehouse/production with supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) and CRM/ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage production for kitted product to meet goals.
• Oversee planning and organization of the kitting production process.
• Report production builds and output weekly.
• Confirm raw material availability and move kitted product through the process.
• Optimize volunteer resources to balance quality and cost.
• Provide quality control of inventory management.
• Enforce safety policies and the Cleaning Plan.
• Design work plans and process improvements.
• Lead performance management and team objectives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
