Job summary

Food Bank of the Rockies is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support food distribution, inventory, and volunteer engagement. You will help ensure accurate ordering, safe handling, and efficient day-to-day warehouse operations while delivering a positive volunteer experience.

In this cross-functional role, you will train volunteers, coordinate shifts, and collaborate with the Inventory team to resolve discrepancies, recalls, and set up work areas in a fast-paced environment focused on

Responsibilities

• Store, stage, pack, rotate, and restock food products according to storage, sanitation, and safety guidelines.
• Keep pick locations full and organized by restacking, rearranging, and replenishing product as needed.
• Pull large delivery orders in priority order and verify order accuracy before distribution.
• Verify pick bins, support accurate inventory counts, and research discrepancies with Inventory team.
• Assist with product recalls and monitor compliance requirements.
• Set up volunteer work areas and activities and provide shift orientation and instructions.
