Job summary

North Coast in Ukiah, CA is seeking a Volunteer Network Project Coordinator to support the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program (FGP) and/or RSVP. You will recruit, enroll, orient, train, place, engage, retain, and recognize volunteers, while maintaining relationships with volunteer stations and community partners.

You will maintain accurate program records, monitor service hours, and assist with performance measurement, grant reporting, and compliance with NCO and funder requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating volunteer programs and supervising volunteers.
• Ability to recruit, orient, train, and support volunteers.
• Strong data management and recordkeeping skills.
• Knowledge of grant reporting and program compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day implementation of Volunteer Network programs.
• Recruits, screens, enrolls, orients, places, and supports volunteers; coordinates training and engagement.
• Develops relationships with schools, nonprofits, agencies, and community partners.
• Provides orientation and ongoing support to station personnel on supervision and timekeeping.
