Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; 2 years college preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret operational data.
• Experience with dashboards, workflow management tools, and claim processing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute claim inventory to support operational service levels and business priorities.
• Manage daily work allocation of claim activities based on workload demand, capacity, and staffing resources.
• Perform claim routing, reassignment, and pre-examination activities to ensure work is directed to the appropriate teams.
• Review workload queues and dashboards to identify inventory imbalances, processing delays, and workflow issues.
