Job summary

Unum is seeking a Voluntary Benefits Workload Coordinator to support workload management across Voluntary Benefits Claims Operations. You will monitor inventory, coordinate work distribution, route claims, and help balance workloads to meet service and quality goals.

You will partner with leaders to optimize workflow, use dashboards, and drive efficient claim processing in a fast-paced environment. This role offers competitive benefits and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or equivalent experience.
• Good analytical and reporting skills with ability to interpret data.
• Experience with dashboards, workflow tools, and claim processing systems preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute claim inventory to support service levels.
• Manage daily work allocation based on workload and staffing.
• Perform claim routing, reassignment, and pre-examination activities.
• Review workload queues and dashboards to identify issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
