Gallagher Benefit Services, a Gallagher entity, seeks a Consultant to lead voluntary benefits initiatives, drive business development, and strengthen client relationships. You’ll apply deep VB product knowledge to design effective programs, manage vendor relationships, and deliver compelling client presentations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, strategic advisory, and effective program implementation across a national client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or related field.
• Proven experience in voluntary benefits consulting or business development.
• Strong vendor management and client relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for new VB opportunities within Gallagher’s integrated sales model.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the existing book of business.
• Collaborate with branch teams to expand VB offerings and engage clients.
• Present recommended VB solutions to clients and prepare educational materials.
• Support marketing and implementation for complex and aligned clients.
