Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Voluntary Employee Benefits Consultant to drive premium growth and producer recruitment from Orange County to Los Angeles, CA. You will consult with brokers, educate on enrollment technology, and collaborate with internal teams to hit sales targets.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (licensing required) and at least 2 years selling voluntary benefits. Expect travel 2–3 days per week within the territory and a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent.
• Life & health licensing required; if not licensed, must obtain upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years experience selling voluntary benefits.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain consulting relationships with national, regional, and local Employee Benefit Broker Partners and Enrollment Firms.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on enrollment technology solutions and product offerings.
• Deliver training and ongoing development to producers, agencies, and general agents; support their growth in assigned regions.
