Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown, TX is seeking an Express Service Advisor with a strong customer service background. You will greet customers, outline service needs, and provide cost estimates while coordinating with technicians to ensure timely, accurate updates.

CDK experience is a plus and bilingual abilities are valued. We are a family-owned dealership offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsabilités

• Promptly meet and greet customers on the service drive in a friendly and professional manner.
• Represent the dealership in a positive manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers.
• Properly greet and assist all customers calling the dealership regarding service needs.
• Clearly outline customer needs on the repair order with efficiency/accuracy.
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommends additional needed services.
• Advise the customer of the importance of properly caring for their vehicle and the value of maintaining their vehicle.
• Provide a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.
• Establish a "promise time" and follow up as needed.
• Effectively communicate with the technicians working on the customer's vehicle.
• Monitor the progress of the vehicle throughout the visit; keeping the customer informed of the status of their vehicle.
• During the service visit and once completed, meet with the customer and thoroughly review the work performed.
• Obtain necessary payment and signatures from the customer.
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty, and genuine concern for customers.
• Maintain the highest customer service standards.

Hewlett Volkswagen in Georgetown, Texas is currently hiring for an Express Service Advisor with a proven track record in customer service.

Candidates must have good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary. Bi-Lingual a Plus.
