Responsibilities

• Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers

• Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer

Good computer skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must. CDK experience is preferred but not necessary. Bi-Lingual a plus.
