Job summary

Hewlett Auto Group's Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick in Georgetown, TX is seeking an experienced Service Advisor who delivers exceptional customer service, accurately documents repair needs, and communicates clearly with technicians and clients during visits. Requirements include at least five years in service advisor roles, CDK experience is a plus, and a valid driver's license.

Essential Duties

• Represent the dealership in a positive, friendly and professional manner; providing exceptional personalized service to our customers
• Clearly outline the customer's needs on the repair order
• Accurately and effectively communicate with technicians and customer during the service visit
• Research vehicle service history, inspect the vehicle, and recommend additional services needed
• Conduct all business with sincerity, honesty and genuine concern for the customer

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
• CDK experience a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Strong work ethic
