All Copy Products seeks a VoIP Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain VoIP systems and related network infrastructure for client environments. The role requires remote and on-site support, guiding users, and ensuring reliable communication services.

Qualifications

• Proficient with VoIP systems, TCP/IP, UDP, and basic networking.
• Experience with LAN/WAN and network diagnostics.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.
• Ability to support end-users and manage moves/adds/changes.
• Adaptable to evolving VoIP technologies.
• Experience with premise or VOIP systems required.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and customize VoIP systems and equipment per client needs.
• Diagnose, resolve connectivity, call quality, and hardware/software issues.
• Provide remote and on-site user support and manage moves/adds/changes for accounts.
• Monitor system performance and plan upgrades as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service quality.
