Job summary

VOXO is seeking an Installation Technician to ensure smooth, accurate installations from pre-install to activation. You will provision devices, verify call routing, test PMS integrations, and communicate clearly with customers to bring VOXO’s product to life for clients.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, familiarity with VoIP or network devices, and the ability to manage multiple installs with precision. A supportive team culture and focus on accountability are core.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting ability.
• Experience with VoIP or network devices preferred.
• Clear communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple installs accurately.
• Comfort with provisioning tools and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Receive project handoff and be the primary customer contact.
• Review onboarding details in HubSpot and Google Drive.
• Join customer introduction email and schedule the call routing meeting.
• Verify account structure, call flow, routing rules, schedules and IVR during the Call Routing Meeting.
• Ensure devices are online and properly configured post-activation.
